| Evangelical and Training Activities in Ethiopia ___________In the Fall____________ SERVE has been invited to participate in a variety of evangelical and training activities in Ethiopia. Rev. Shiferaw Feyissa has asked us assist them in evangelical work in Addis Ababa and surrounding areas where he is involved in numerous crusades that at times involve thousands of people. He also would like us to teach in Bible schools and perform lectures in some church's. Details for these activities remain to be determined. Rev. Dave Baumann will be the team leader for these activities. He has been involved in evangelical activities in Africa several times. Church Construction In the Fall SERVE has been asked to perform church building projects in various areas. We plan to do one of then next fall. The decision of which one of these projects remains to be decided. The building work will be lead by Jim Taylor from Pittsford, New York. He is a very competent individual for leading this kind of activity since he has done this several times in 3rd world countries. Please contact us for further details if you would like to participate with the team that he will be organizing. |
General Comments As can be read, a considerable amount of help both physical and financial is needed to perform these projects. Please give these requests your utmost prayer and consideration.
