The following describe short term projects that SERVE is planning to perform in the next few months. Highlights of each project are shown below. Please click on the project name to obtain further details of each project. Each of these projects has been requested by a missionary or mission agency. Your help is being solicited to perform the necessary work they requested. Volunteers are required in each case and funds are needed to purchase the necessary materials particularly in the projects involving construction. It is our hope and prayer by everyone that the necessary resources will become available to satisfactorily perform all of these requested projects. Please click o

PROJECTNEEDS DATES
Build a church such as shown in Mozambique for the Presbyterian   Church of Mozambique.This is a critical need defined by the church leaders. Ted Pollock’s family who built the church shown will lead all the activities.Key Needs:
1. Volunteers to perform the   construction (three teams working in sequence) will perform the work
2. $40,000 for purchase of the bldg. mat’l. and other misc. items
work planned between 7/18 & 8/30

ChurchMozambique
Support ministry to our native Americans (Eskimos and Indians) being done in the KAKO Retreat Center shown below located in far western Alaska.Volunteers for construction work, maintenance, and kitchen help
Dave and Vera Penz, the lead mission-aries there, are doing a great job in a tough  spiritual environment of bringing the gospel to our native people in southwest Alaska 
May 20th – June 7th Aerial
Perform evangelical and medical mission work in two areas in Kenya - one is a Muslim area in eastern part of the country. The SERVE team will work with members of a local group called Unity in the Word Ministries International.Up to nine volunteers to help in the mission activities working with the Kenyan evangelists – it would be great to have at least one of the US team be a doctor
Hundreds have been led to the Lord in previous activities like this

Oct. 24th – Nov. 8th Kenya08
This project consists of building a much needed church in Swedru, Ghana for the Living Christian Church International (Ghana) in cooperation with Heritage AFlame (USA). The plan is to have a small, experienced team there from the US to lead the construction work and hire the local people to perform most  of the work.Ghana
