SHORT-TERM MISSION PROJECTS IN 2000 

Juarez, Mexico: Assistance in building a community center, a project sponsored by the Presbyterian Border Ministry.

Russian Mission, Alaska: Construction and maintenance at Kako Retreat Center.

Huarez, Peru: Collecting and modifying laptop computers to aid in translation work by Summer Institute of Linguistics (S.I.L.)

SHORT-TERM MISSION PROJECTS IN 1999 

Construction projects at the Kako Retreat Center in western Alaska.

Assistance in the construction of a youth center in Juarez, Mexico.

Assistance in a ministry project in China.

Construction of a church building for the Presbyterian Church of South Africa at Masvingo, Zimbabwe.

SHORT-TERM MISSION PROJECTS IN 1998 

Roofing and completion of a church in Malawi, Blantyre Synod, for the Church of Central Africa Presbyterian (CCAP).

Construction projects at the Kako Retreat Center in western Alaska.

Assistance in the construction of a youth center in Juarez, Mexico.

Construction of a church in Cuamba, Mozambique for the Presbyterian Church of Mozambique.

SHORT-TERM MISSION PROJECTS IN 1997 

Construction of a church building in Glen Norah, a suburb of Harare, Zimbabwe, for the Church of Central Africa Presbyterian (CCAP).

Construction of a staff house at the Justo Mwale Theological College in Lusaka, Zambia.

Completed a two week construction project at the Kako Retreat Center in western Alaska in June. 

SERVE defined and purchased a PA system and gave it to the Presbyterian Church of East Africa (PCEA). Instruction was given to the PCEA personnel responsible for maintaining the PA system.
