Rev. Christine A. Bruce, M.Div, M.C.A.T, LMFT, Executive Director

Reverend Christine Bruce is a graduate of Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in Boston, MA, where she studied missions and evangelism with the late Dr. J. Christy Wilson, Jr. and became ordained in 1985. In addition to the Master of Divinity, Christie holds a B.A. in Music from Vassar College, a Masters in Creative Arts in Therapy from Hahnemann University, and a post graduate Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining SERVE as the Executive Director, Christie has served Philadelphia area churches in the areas of discipleship, missions and evangelism, pastoral care and congregational nurture. Christie also serves the Church through the Presbytery of Philadelphia as Presbytery Associate for the Care of Ministers. She is a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and has a practice through the Counseling Center of Holy Redeemer in Huntingdon Valley, PA.

Christie and her husband Rick reside in Huntingdon Valley, PA and are blessed to be the parents of three sons.
