2012, July-August: Dormitory Construction Kitale, Kenya
The plan is to complete construction of a two-story dormitory for a growing number of orphaned children in Kitale, Kenya. SERVE will be sending three teams of 12-16 volunteers each for two-week assignments. The schedule is as follows:
July 16 - 26: Team One led by Ron Pollock
July 30 - August 9: Team Two led by Jim Taylor
August 13 - 23: Team Three led by Bill Pollock

2012, July 30 - Sept. 9: Mozambique Macia Church Construction
This project is to construct a larger church building (60-100 ft) in Macia district. The Presbyterian Church of Mozambique has requested SERVE to partner with them to accomplish this. The plan is to have three teams working in sequence over six weeks. The schedule for the three teams follows:
Team One: July 30 - August 9
Team Two: August 11 - 25
Team Three: August 25 - September 9
To make this happen, we still need (1) prayer partners, (2) additional volunteers, and (3) donations for the building materials.

Picture Frames - March 2011
Objective of this Project: Support Evangelical Work Being Done In Peru
SERVE has supported activities led by Al Shannon, a Wycliffe missionary in Peru, for a number of years. Al has been very involved bringing the gospel to the millions of Quechua Indians in the high Andes mountains where the majority of them are illiterate. With Al’s leadership, videos of the Gospel of Luke and the book of Genesis were developed for the Peruvian Quechua’s.

Ethiopia
Working with the Nuer Tribe in far western part of the country where our primary function has been to help them develop the Jack Jordan Bible School where their people are taught to be evangelists and pastors.

Peru
Working with the Quechua Indians performing construction work in Runa Simi (a site located an hours drive east of Lima where the local people are trained how to spread the gospel to their people in the high Andes Mtn.) and conducting medical missions in the Runa Simi area.

KAKO Retreat Center - Alaska
A small team traveled in May 2011 to the KAKO Retreat Center in far western Alaska. To refresh memories, the primary purpose of the Center is bringing of the gospel to our Native Americans (the Eskimos and Indians).
